Our client wanted to leverage a large data set as a strategic asset, to help them make smarter decisions, and plan for their oncology business outcomes.

The main objective was to gain an improved understanding of their business and market dynamics, knowledge of where the opportunities lie and what interventions are really working, increasing the ability to respond to market shifts and evolving customer needs.

They needed to analyse and then visualise a large set of dynamic, multi-dimensional and complex immuno-oncology data, in order to develop robust strategies and gain consensus on key commercial issues and performance questions.

We provided effective ways to analyse and model business events, using internal and external data. We carried out secondary research to monitor competitive landscape of oncology products and progress of clinical trials of interest and displayed the results in an intuitive way. We did so by applying advanced analytics capabilities, through the lens of our extensive strategy and industry experience.

DynamicsView provided a clear display of complex and multidimensional data sets of oncology-related data, which was intuitive and easy to understand, for the client and its stakeholders, and assisted the client with well-informed decision-making.

Our client wanted to create TMF – tender master file to inform and shape their global market access strategy country by country. A whole new set of market access challenges have been created, for the pharmaceutical industry, by the growing reliance on tenders as a cost-effective purchasing strategy for medicines and vaccines, in developing and developed countries.

Our client was focused on getting their tendering process right, and making sure their global and local resources are properly aligned towards that goal. Our client wanted more onus on the visualisation and tracking of tender status in real time, both at the global and local level, and across the various organisational silos involved in planning and executing tenders.
